Independent Living Fairwood Apartment Homes
Our Independent Living Apartment Homes allow indoor walking to and from amenities throughout the year. We offer one, two, and three bedroom apartments with some featuring vaulted ceilings, and all ground flood units open to an outdoor space. Most Apartment Homes have a balcony or patio. Each of the apartments is spacious with full size kitchens and appliances, and also includes a washer and dryer. The Life Lease includes a complete maintenance package to make aging in place easy. Our meal plan and utilities are included in the monthly fee.

Independent Living Fairwood Meadow Homes
On the south end of our large complex, there is a rare treasure. Very similar to our Apartment Homes, we have twenty beautiful, single story, Independent Living Meadow Homes. These homes each open into outdoor space and have patios. The large, green wooded meadows are unable to be seen from outside of the community and are somewhat of a secret! The Life Lease Residential Agreement has clear and simple terms and a guaranteed refund amount. Meals, transportation, and utilities are included. Just like the Apartment Homes these feature full-size kitchens, washer and dryer. A full maintenance package is included with the monthly fee.

Independent Living Fairwood Hillside Homes
On the northwest corner of our property you will find three buildings which are detatched from the rest of our Independent Living. Twelve of these units have an attached two-car garage which is included. All twenty-four Hillside Homes have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Twelve of these are upper Hillside Homes, and twelve are lower Hillside Homes. The meal plan is optional and these homes have the lowest monthly fees in our community. These Hillside Homes include a full maintenance package.

Community Activities at Fairwood
Fairwood Retirement Village and Assisted Living provides a vast array of activities. Our experienced Activity Directors establish monthly theme programs that are appropriate for Independent, Assisted and Memory Care residents.
Many residents have great ideas to share about what they desire. Some of our residents like to volunteer and support these monthly programs to encourage other residents to participate. A resident may or may not choose to partake and can pick whatever activity they feel they want to be part of. Fairwood respects resident interest levels with regard to activity, fitness and wellness programs.
Fairwood offers amenities like the indoor pool and jacuzzi spa, a fitness equipment room, indoor garden nurseries and a beautiful resident garden with individual plots. A putting green meadow and beautiful walkways allow for outdoor walking and serenity. The Garden Mall abounds with a variety of entertainment, theme parties, chair exercise programs, health and craft fair events.
