Fairwood Retirement Village and Assisted Living, a locally owned family business in North Spokane, offers a community environment designed to serve seniors with independence and dignity. Situated on a nearly 18-acre property, our property includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Our Independent Living features amenities such as an indoor pool, activities program, dining, transportation, security, and a dedicated staff. With a history of generational residents, we prioritize quality service and encourage prospective residents to join our waitlist to secure a place in our beautiful setting for retirement living.
Our Assisted Living and Memory Care is a standalone healthcare facility on our property. We focus on quality staffing and providing quality care for your loved one, as if they are our own family.

Residents may choose to emulate Assisted Living with private care in their Independent Living residence, or take advantage of this state licensed facility for greater support with health care and activities of daily living.
Our Assisted Living and Memory Care facility offers a range of Care Service Levels ranging from simple medication assistance, to 24-hour supportive care. Our Assisted Living and Memory Care facility is not co-mingled with our Independent Living.
