Fairwood Village offers Independent and licensed Assisted Living residential services. While independent residents reside in their homes, they may require additional support with private pay home care.
Assisted Living and the Fairwood Northridge Court Memory Care Unit are conveniently located within our Village campus setting.Should residents experience the need for greater supportive services, they can receive higher levels of care in a state licensed setting. Fairwood Village understands the importance of quality care, dignity and independence at every level of residential living. Independent Living residents at Fairwood Village prefer to choose their personal private housekeepers for their residential homes. Common areas are maintained by Fairwood Village housekeeping staff. Emergency housekeeping support to residents is available at no charge. Assisted Living services include residential housekeeping services.
Village Maintenance
"Maintenance Free Living" at Fairwood Village offers residents and family members peace of mind. Staff provide excellent customer service while maintaining grounds and home repairs. Fairwood offers a "No Cost Move In Service" providing a secure, smooth transition to your new home.
24 Hour Security
Fairwood Village provides a 24/7 onsite security team to support emergencies and provide peace of mind to our residents.
Concierge and Transportation
Services include photocopying, light bookkeeping, faxing, notary, coordination for transportation, dry cleaning and reception services. Fairwood Village supports residents getting to and from healthcare clinics, shopping with our buses and private vehicles throughout the week.
Overnight Family Visits
Fairwood Village knows the importance of family or friends visiting overnight. If needed, convenient guest homes are available for overnight stays at a very reasonable price.
