Care in the Home

Caregiver with a resident in her home Independent Living residents at Fairwood Retirement Village may choose to have private care in their unit. Fairwood offers a private conference meeting with residents to include family members regarding possible need for care in the home. Resources are provided to initiate outside licensed agency support if desired or needed. Supportive home care services are private pay or covered by private insurance. Residents may require more skilled care in the home for physical, occupational, respiratory or speech therapies. Fairwood offers resources for outside home health care service agency support. We are grateful for the support these agencies provide and many are licensed thru the state of Washington.
